CCREG offers cooperative commission opportunities for qualified broker referrals that result in the sale of homes and/or homesites. Commission terms may vary by community, builder, and product type.

To ensure proper recognition of a cooperative transaction, one of the following must occur at the client’s first interaction with the community:
1. The broker registers the client through the community’s designated broker registration platform.
2. The broker accompanies the client on their first visit and registers them with a Community Representative.
3. The client provides the broker’s name during their first visit, and it is recorded on the official visitor registration form.
*Following proper client registration through one of the approved methods, broker accompaniment is required no later than the client’s second meeting with the Community Representative as a condition of commission eligibility.
When one of these conditions is met, the transaction will be recognized as a cooperative sale and commission will be shared per the applicable community policy. Buyer Agency Agreements do not replace registration requirements. Clients not properly registered at first interaction may be treated as direct sales.
